In our ongoing commitment to reach out to younger voters, officers of the Giles County Democratic Party set up a booth at UT Southern during their Community Fair on the Campus Green event on. Sept. 10, 2021.
We met several faculty and students interested in the Democratic party. At least 10 students signed up for the college group that will be led by faculty member Cheri Thomas.
We sold several more t-shirts. It was wonderful to see the young people and get to talk to them briefly about their lives and plans.
