Mark your calendars! Introducing our first event of Student Advocacy Series: the Politics of Inclusivity! Join us on Friday, Sept. 22 at Books and More as we eat and discuss what it means to be an advocate for inclusivity in our community.
Whether it’s through direct action, business, religion, or government policy, our list of speakers will cover how they have found their own ways to build an inclusive community and how we can do so for our own county.
With actions that have been taken both by our state and many local governments throughout the nation against the LGBTQIA+ community, we are proud to have this as our first panel discussion in the advocacy series.
Thank you to the Giles County Inclusivity Coalition for your support and guidance in our party’s plan to host this discussion! Check our
Facebook page on Sept. 1 as we announce the featured speaker panel joining us for the conversation!
